1. Order processing time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3-14 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
2. Shipping address changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp +852 9882 0255 with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Delivery method
Items will shipped by (Hong Kong EMS Speed Post / DHL / Aramex / Fedex / SF express etc). Items Can be track via website default Items will usually arrive 3-14 working days (depending on the country and Customs) .
*Ship to International locations
Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal. International locations is shown in the checkout. All delivery options are displayed in the checkout process. Delivery to international locations is calculated in the checkout.
[ Refund Policy ]
When the products in the store are temporarily unavailable, we will provide customers with a full refund within 3-14 days. According to our policy, if a product is out of stock or cannot be provided, we will initiate a refund. We ensure that the refund process is transparent, fair, and timely to protect the rights and interests of our customers.
